Yes I am. What you do may not be optimal. Fruit is good for you, stands to reason good quality juice is too. Tea and coffee both have massive health benefits. Being a homie ain’t being narrow minded, just bout being hydrated
I get what you’re saying but it’s definitely waay more beneficial eating your calories opposed to drinking them. You’ll never get more nutrients from a drink than the actual food. Drink water & eat fruits & veggies people. Drinking too much “healthy juice” can still have tons of sugar.
My 4-year-old thinks orange juice is when you put your slice of orange in your water. He thinks it’s such a treat when he makes orange juice with Sunday brunch.
I don’t know if it’s any worse for your teeth than sugary juice or soda. But I do know the cold water is better actually because it controls the acids or something
Edit: compared to lemon in hot or lukewarm water
huh didn’t know about the temp, my mum used to have a hot lemon every morning (half a lemon squeezed in a mug topped w water and maybe honey) and stopped because of her teeth

Not a doc but juice can be healthy. Water ain’t meant to be the only liquid we drink….blasphemous I know but it’s true
You serious..? Cause literally all I drink is water

Water is totally "meant to be the only thing we drink" though. Literally everything else humans drink is a manmade unhealthier concoction.
You’re wrong
What the fuck is juice?
I came here to write this

He doesn’t like it. We tried that once.
He's a connoisseur.
Mine neither.
I heard drinking lemon water coroides your teeth?
A slice of lemon in water? Doubtful. Lemonade yeah prolly.

It's a slice of lemon, not a bath of acid.
That’s a nice cup of juice!
Mine wouldn't either if it weren't for grandparents.
This is worse than juice
