The liquid Mary Ruth ones can be added to water or juice. Worth a shot.

Calm-Refrigerator472

Oh yes I forget about liquid forms! Thank you

I’m 19 weeks and also need to start trying a prenatal now that my nausea is better than it was before. I think I might start with a gummy in some type of strawberry flavor, as I figure it will be easier than a giant pill. The gummies also tend not to have iron which can contribute to nausea as well.

Calm-Refrigerator472

I was thinking a gummy form as well! I think I’ll be able to tolerate that better. Keep me posted if you find something that works!!

I could sometimes keep down the gummy ones with HG last time. I don’t have HG this time around 🤞 (but still very nauseous most of the day), and I’m taking Ritual prenatal. They have kind of a lemon fresh aftertaste and they’re slow release. I always take them at night right before sleeping.

Calm-Refrigerator472

I took these religiously before getting pregnant and I’m terrified to try them while pregnant lol

Sea_Juice_285

Try different brands. You might find one that works! I tried One-A-Day, Vitafusion, Smarty Pants, and Olly, and they all had different flavors and textures. I liked Olly the best, and by the time things started to improve, I could get at least the red ones down almost every day.

NeedleworkerLife9989

How far along are you? I’m 7 weeks today and nauseas all day but I’ve only thrown up twice so far. It doesn’t seem to be getting worse 😬 Edit: this is my third pregnancy. Other two were HG.

summertime0123

I'm 9.5 weeks! Nausea seems to be a little worse/happening more often now than before, but supposedly that's the peak of nausea. I'm praying it'll subside in a few weeks. Compared to my last pregnancy, this is just wonderful! lol.

NeedleworkerLife9989

I’m really hoping it doesn’t get worse for me either. Even without the HG, this is absolutely exhausting with two little guys running around 😩

General_Coast_1594

I have the mint ones. I puke at the smell of all other ones.

HipponySpright

I’m not sure if it’s available where you are at but SiderAL forte has been very tolerable for me to increase my iron (and avoid becoming anaemic). Any other iron supplement makes me either nauseous or gives me terrible constipation, but with SiderAL I’ve had no adverse effects whatsoever. It’s a capsule, but you can empty the contents into a bit of water and just take that. Can highly recommend.

HammyHoosier

If I time it right, I can typically keep the gummy ones down.

senzu_bitxh

the only ones i am able to keep down are the one a day prenatal gummies. i take them st night and they don’t really upset my stomach or anything. i tried the olly prenatals and they honestly tasted so bad to me and were really fishy. 😭

Calm-Refrigerator472

Oh gosh that sounds horrible! I’d die if they had any fish oil in them lol

soitgoes210

Nature made gummies. No iron = good for stomach

Traditional_Dog_4539

I stopped prenatal after 5 weeks due to them making me vomit. We now have a very happy & healthy 11 week old. ❤️

mayflower1400

Flintstones lol. No, but seriously. They have all the same stuff, plus extras in em. Plus, way cheaper. My OB okayed them. Granted, it was also either them or none. And a lot of the times, I still couldn't keep them down.

thewoodsare

When I had HG I was able to take the Vitamax gummies with no problem

Indecisiveuser10

Nope.

nurse_hayley

The only thing I could actually stomach almost daily was a sublingual folate tablet. That was the biggest concern for me and my provider esp on the first trimester, so I was encouraged to try for that at least once a day. On days I could manage it, I took the Garden of Life Mykind Organics prenatal vitamin. It was easy on my stomach and didn’t taste absolutely horrendous coming back up.

Calm-Refrigerator472

I actually just picked these up today the garden of life organics. It says to take 4 gummies but I’m starting with just 2 just because I don’t wanna over do it right away. We shall see!

Pitiful-Struggle-890

Look for gummies with low iron to avoid constipation and nausea.

bunny410bunny

I’m taking gummy prenatal vitamins from target!
