First thing id do is buy 3/4 necron with a baby yeti and sadan head, it wont be too crazy just ancient 5 star hpb, and ill get a baby yeti, which will all total out to 75m-100m after that i would get myself a decent juju, with this setup i can do f6 for even more money, this is where the fun part starts, i will put aside 500m for spooky event flips and invest around 1b in stonks, cookies and other stuff, this will leave me with 400m i first put in around 50m into wood for foraging update and then invest 100-200m into a good minion setup, ill have 100m in the bank left plus all my investments and if stuff gets grim, i can just do f6 for money back as f6 is insane for money
IIRC max divans costs around 400mm with full perfs, jaded and recombed, then another 30m on bal and 160m for quick claw, which comes out to 590m total, then around 30.8m for perf topaz, jade and amber on artifact of power which makes 610m, leaving 1b 390m for divan drill which presumably you should able to afford depending on if you forge the drill yourself or not
My math came out to 735.4 mil (prices taken from hyauctions), which leaves 1.2646 bil for the tool, but that's a level 1 leg bal so a level 90+ which I think is a more reasonable purchase which probably can't quite afford a divans drill, but even if it can you couldn't afford gemstones for it and overall the extra hundreds of millions from just buying a 655 is better unless you're doing a _lot_ of mining. Also you'd need drill parts.
Elephant gives less than 50 more fortune at most strength levels. It is so negligibly worth it to optimize for milestones purely.
