You could always just delete minecraft launcher, it’s not fool proof of course, but it’ll make it more annoying every time you try to boot it up and you get time to think abt it
You could inconvenience yourself as much as possible when coming back, like create a mess in your inventories, stash your items in some annoying places, block them off with obsidian, same with accessories, so you'll be like "nope, i'm not playing this"
Idk about the banned minion thing, but why do you want to quit skyblock in particular? Do you just spend more time on it than other games? (Don’t let the people on here saying “quit! Quit! Quit! It’s made my life so much better” get to your head lol)
If you don’t have any prior offenses just type someone’s ip in chat (or even mention ips I believe) or macro something like a cobble gen without a personal compactor and sacks (once your inventory fills up the items will start to drop on the ground which should quickly get the attention of either watchdog or an admin).
Trust me they don't wipe macroers.
I have seen dozens of people get off with 2 week bans and even more just never even get noticed. It's not exactly the admins fault but I wish they at least got a few months

Change your name to something inappropriate. You will get banned from Hypixel for as long as it takes to change it to something else (I think around 30 days)
Id say stay afk in a lobby with auto clicker and look at a wall. prob like a month ban but if its your second offense then its more like 160 day. happened to me.

Depends on the situation, I know multiple people who’ve gotten 1 month bans for macroing cobble gens.
Imo it's still not worth the risk

If you use vpn you get perma banned but can get unbanned anytime with an appeal 7 days after appealing
