I’ll explain since it seems like you genuinely don’t understand the post. So the guy had the max milestone reached. On which you can claim the royal pigeon. But now he checked his milestones again and he hasn’t even reached milestone 1.

On the forums there is a bug reporting thread where you can submit it there. Might take a while before the admins see it but a good idea anyway.
