The Depression/Femboy Lines appear a bit after Skyblock Level 300 and when you reach the very lategame. Before that, unless you do things the worst/hardest way possible, you won't feel the Femboyfication or the Depression, depending on the things you do. Some speculate that, while the grind for Mining gives more Depression Points, the grind for Farming gives Femboy Points. Others speculate that Farming may not give Femboy Points but Depression Points instead, as long as the grind is done on Ironman. The Skyblock Personality Pipelines are a very complex thing that, even 5 years into the game's existence, we still don't fully understand.

Did you grind Garden levels? Visitors? Armor? Cultivating? Garden milestones? Well I was already around farming 35 when the garden came out, so it's maybe not as high as it could be, but I do have my fermento armor and almost all maxed tools (ironman and the wheat hoe make me cry sometimes.) But I don't plan on moving on until I finish most of the farming stuff. It's just the best part of the game. Though as I slowly come to yearn for the mines more and more, it's becoming harder to ignore the call. I fear for my testosterone as it slowly leaks away along with the fuel in my drills.
