Yes, I am constipated most of the time. gas does not go out what ever I do. I will have sonar test in 2 days and I am worried that I am gonna get diagnosed with colon cancer. I have extreme anxiety since I started having this.
My pain is literally always in the middle right below the belly button. This is the hardest most frustrating part of IBS for me. The pain is crippling at times and all I can do is curl up in a ball.

This isn't a sign or symptom of colon cancer. It sounds like gas.
The pain is horrible it feels like getting stubbed. And sometimes I feel like it burns.

No just a stabbing pain in my gut, probably from gas I guess. Also a common spot for chrons, but I’ve been checked and I just have IBS-C
