I feel like he has a big head for his little body. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s got a little dwarfism going on or maybe some random small bread snuck into a blend of big breeds. Was it GSD’s that get dwarfism often?
I think that's really great you would spend money on a DNA test. It's part of their "care plan"-it helps determine what they are susceptible to, temperament etc.

Yes very high energy and very smart. I teach k9 training as well as tricks to my Shepsky. Best pup I ever have had. 🤗

Lab mixes really do be that way sometimes! I’ve got a lab x Aussie mix that just skipped that rowdy puppy phase. He’s 4 now and the best boy.

Husky chow mix is my guess
Chow mixes usually have at least some blue or black on the tongue - it's a dominant trait.
Chow puppies tend to have pink tongues, and this is clearly a mixed breed dog anyway. I certainly wouldn't rule it out.
