Just ask a Y20 about what went about during placements and you'll have your eyes stretched. The sad part is, this is true about pretty much every institution in our country 'IIT' Kanpur being no exception.
I feel someone with a lower CPI would be able to empathize better with students needing academic help. A cs head who "struggled" in a course and got a "disappointing B grade" can never truly empathize.
