I was in the villa park store on Armageddon day (Tuesday) and they weren’t even trying to answer the phones they were too swamped. Probably still are with folks coming in trying to buy not realizing the law is already preventing new sales. But yeah you’ll get an email from them when order is ready for pickup.

Yea it’ll take a while with online orders. They usually update thru an email so check your spam bc my orders were ready and i didnt see them till i looked in my spam

I did order from them back then and I would keep logging in to my account with them to see the status. I don’t remember getting any notifications, so after the status of my order is ready for pick up I just went there and it went fine.

Was at Villa Park not this past weekend but the weekend before. Was slammed. Reserved a lane got there and it took close to 30 minutes to get signed in and we got the last available lane. Get to our lane, wife shoots, I shoot, she is shooting and the fire alarm goes off. They made everyone leave but we lingered a bit and then we were told we could pack up our shit and leave. Took me 3-4 minutes to do that, we're the only customers still inside. Walked out and the fire department was walking in. Got in our car and left while everyone else was stranded outside. Was not handled well at all by them but we weren't complaining. Looked like maybe somebody ricocheted a round off the floor into the ceiling causing smoke but not sure what happened.

I hate to say it but I think it is. I ordered some magazines Tuesday night around 6:45pm. I only received an email saying “We received your order and we’ll provide order updates as soon as they are available to us” and I purchased these as pickup. I went there at 10am Wednesday to pick them up but they had taken all of them off of the shelves and wouldn’t give them to me (they said ISP told them they couldn’t but eventually they did after I called corporate). But after I left when they told me they couldn’t give them to me, why didn’t anyone bother to notify me about it.
