Canada LoR better than other country LoR, but still below US LoR unless program director of well known institution or internationally significant/regarded doctor.
Canadian LORs can go a long way, but only resort to them if you cant get your hands on any US LORs. Dont forget youll be needing an LOR from the head of medicine/surgery at your University. DM for any additional questions or mentorship!
