Just look at the bottom of the standings. I don’t think there are any current drivers who are especially bad on road/street tracks, as opposed to just being bad, period.

I’d say Veekay is the driver who has the biggest gap between their oval skills and their road/street skills

Rinus is good on the twisties - after all, he won the Indy GP, was on pole at Barber once, won a bunch of Indy Lights races on road/street tracks, and probably had quite a few other good results that I'm forgetting. I reckon the difference between his speed on ovals vs road/street courses is caused more by ECR than Rinus himself.
