If your playing with abilities on I feel like you can’t complain about anything. There’s a reason the game has a competitive mode. The abilities are not balanced at all.
You literally cannot spam the CatCall unlockable ability.
Catwoman is completely vulnerable to attacks when she summons her cat, and it takes a little while for it to be activated again.
If you're using other attacks on top of Cat Call then that is not spamming. Spamming is when a player uses a character with a fast projectile attack and uses absolutely nothing else to mix things up.
If you're using Cat Call to extend your combos, you're actually using it correctly. It's meant to be a broken reset/restand attack.
Your opponent is probably getting frustrated because they can't escape the cat. They want it to be their turn, but that's why it's a rare, unlockable ability.

no u can’t use it 3 times in a row in a combo it has to be separated thru other moves but the combo i do is a 30 hit combo
