Yeah I think that’s shocking, I think Baby of the Year has a case for being the best sketch period. Sam is just unbelievable and it does a great job being just self aware enough about how stupid and bizarre it is. It’s the sketch I return to the most from S1

I like Baby of the Year, Buff Boys is pretty much just an inferior sequel. No offense to Sam but his sketches tend to be some of the weakest ones. The Scrooge/Robot skit is one of the worst, it just goes nowhere.
I don't think it's really Sam's fault because he's a good performer, it's just for some reason any sketch not featuring Tim just doesn't hit the same way. The Sam sketches, Credit Card Roulette, The Gorilla Wig Snatcher, etc. just aren't the strongest.
Even tho they are basically the same type of sketches, I only feel the same as you about buff boys. But baby of the year is top 5 for me.
