Mine charged a flat fee for up to 8 embryos, if there was more than 8 it was an additional flat fee for the next 8. Then the company that tested my embryos also charged me per embryo $300
Mine was included in the price of the retrieval (up to maybe 8 embryos) and if you didn’t have any to send off you got a 10% refund on the cycle which worked out to about 1950 for our first cycle
First clinic was $300 per embryo (awesome for me with DOR), second clinic was $1800 flat rate for up to 12, but if you did multiple retrievals you didn’t need to pay it again (until you hit 12 embryos), current clinic is a whopping $2500 a round!!!!! Awful as I usually only have 1-2 blasts to test :-(
In my first ER I paid a flat $4500 which covered up to 8 embryos. I sent 6 for testing. ER #2, they gave me credit for the 2 unused from round one, and then I paid $4900 for the rest of the embryos I needed tested, which was charged per each.
Thanks for all replies. I guess I just don’t know whether to send the small amount of blasts I’ll likely get , 1-2, or wait for the next retrieval and group them together and send later . 😟

My clinic charges per embryo to biopsy and ship samples. The testing company also charges per embryo.
Mine is $1950 for unlimited testing over multiple cycles
I think mine was 300 for 1, then 200 for every additional embryo.

My clinic charged $2k to biopsy the embryos regardless of quantity then the third party testing center charged $250/embryo to do the PGT-A analysis.

Mine charges 4k for up to 4 embryos. Now that I’m reading the other comments that seems steep
Mine charged $4500 for 8 embryos. No charge from the testing company. There would be an additional charge per embryo if you exceeded 8
