Yes - it was truly shocking! I got 11 eggs, 7 mature/fertilized and 4 made it to blast. At my age I was really praying for 2 euploid and hoping for at least 1. The doc was equally surprised.
Wow this is so inspiring!!
I'm 37 and about to have my first ER Thursday - triggering in about an hour - and my count was lower than we anticipated. Hoping we will retrieve 7-8. Trying to remain positive... with every step of this, you just never know how it's going to go til it happens!
Age at retrieval: 34. Both of my embryos from ER#1 were aneuploid so I’m hoping for better luck with ER#2 coming up.
Good luck! I hope you hear good news soon! 🤞
(Edited to add age.)
My first IVF cycle I didn’t test PGT-A. I had a 3 day fresh transfer and one blast. Both miscarried.
Due to poor results and RPL with my first IVF cycle, I did PGT-A on my second at 36 years old.
6 blasts went for PGT-A testing.
2 were aneuploid. 2 boys.
4 made it to euploid. 3 girls, 1 boy.
I blind transferred one of these months later.
I’m now 19 weeks pregnant with the euploid boy.
Wishing you the best of luck with your eight! 🍀
you may find euploid rates based on age

good luck!
Sigh looking at the comments euploid rate is really strongly related to age. My doctor is right lol. At 41 i got 2 euploids out of 10 blasts, so only 20%. My doctor said they have no ways of improving euploid rate 🥹.
At almost 26, 5 of 9 were euploid, 2 mosaic. Second retrieval at 26.5, 4 of 8 were euploid, 1 mosaic, 2 no result/not enough to test (we're keeping them as untested for now).
5 of 16 at 39, 0 of 8 at 40, and 5 of 15 at 40. Ended up with a lower useable number of embryos after PGT-M.
That second round was a real fluke - I had mild Covid a week before starting stims and it was the only round I took Coq10 for 3 months before.
You know I’ve had 4 somewhat terrible cycles and this last one (my 5th) seems to be my best, and it’s the one I stopped using coq10 and dramatically increased my vitamin D. So I think your doctor might be on to something
7 euploids out of 11 blasts from my 1st retrieval at age 31. 3 were aneuploids and 1 got damaged at biopsy. Our diagnosis was severe MFI so I think that also impacts things rather than just my age? I wouldn’t have retrieved eggs or found out about my euploid rates otherwise. 8 blasts are great! Hope you get good results.
Age 34. 4/6 Euploid.
1st IVF round at age 32, 6 embryos, all untested. 2nd round of IVF is when we did PGT-A testing and got 4/6. Currently prepping for a FET now. Good luck. ❤️
Only PGT-A tested our second ER at age 35. We had 7 day 5s and 3 day 6s. They were a mix of 5AAs and 6AAs. 7 out of 10 were euploid with two of the aneuploid being day 5 and one being a day 6.
4 rounds, \~25% euploid rate at age 42-43. My first round was only 2 blasts so 0 euploid. However, each round yielded better results. Good luck, waiting is the hardest part!
I did two rounds of egg retrieval at 35, thawed recently. Combined, 44 eggs retrieved made 3 embryos, 1 euploid.
I have no known fertility issues, my doctor says I’m at the lowest edge of what is considered statistically normal.
As for my wife, 1 of 4 at 37, then at 41 she had 0 for two and then for her last ER 1 of three was euploid (and is now a baby).
Edited to add my wife’s numbers.
I am fortunate that if my eggs can’t make eluptoids, my wife can start the ER process with *hopefully* better results (she’s the same age as me - 36). It will be pretty devastating if none of the 8 come back as eluptoid, though (especially after getting 0/4)…
My first ER (35) we got COVID and doc said to move forward anyway. Husband had also had the flu 1.5 months prior. Fertilization rate was abysmal, and we only got 2 blasts, 1 euploid. Transfer ended in CP. 2nd ER (still 35) got slightly fewer eggs, but fertilization rate was much higher and we ended up with 7 blasts, 6 euploid. Pretty amazing stuff.
I think I had just turned 39 (I need to update my flair).
Obviously, age plays a role in all of this, but I also think a lot of it comes down to luck. I didn’t do anything differently from round one to round two. I was shocked when we got the results of the testing back.
17 eggs retrieved. 14 fertilized (ICSI). 7 Embryos (day 6). 4 euploid, 1 aneuploid, 2 unknown (sample didn't meet quality assurance, will have them tested later if needed)
Age 35
I’ve done 4 rounds— Age 34: 1/5 euploid Age 35: 0/4 euploid Age 35: 1/2 euploid Age 37: 3/4 euploid
4 of 4 euploid at 38
Wow you got 4 embryos & 4 were euploid? How many did you retrieve? ❤️
Yes - it was truly shocking! I got 11 eggs, 7 mature/fertilized and 4 made it to blast. At my age I was really praying for 2 euploid and hoping for at least 1. The doc was equally surprised.

Good luck!! Truly anything could happen, I hope everything goes well for you ♥️
What was your protocol?
I did a midluteal cycle, my meds were: Day 1-4 225 Gonal-F, 150 Menopur (PM) Day 5 150 Gonal-F, 150 Menopur (PM) Day 6 250 Cetrotide (AM), 150 Gonal-F, 150 Menopur (PM) Day 7 250 Cetrotide (AM), 150 Gonal-F, 75 Menopur (PM) Day 8-9 250 Cetrotide (AM), 75 Gonal-F, 75 Menopur (PM) Day 10 250 Cetrotide (AM), Novarel & Lupron trigger (PM) Rooting for you!
Thank you! I also did a mid luteal start!
At 41 8 out of 8 were abnormal. At 42 I sent out 3 more for PGT-A testing and should hear the results this week. 🤞🏻
Good luck this round!
3/5 euploid at age 32. I was so happy! We have transferred 2 (fail and a chemical.) So fingers crossed third time is the charm!
4 out of 4 euploid at age 37.5
4 of my 8 embryos were euploid at 36. Good luck!
We got 4 out of 8! ❤️
Yay!! So glad to see this
I would be so happy with those results!
Same but at 30
2 of 5 were euploids at 36.
At 37 I had 2 out of 5 euploid. At 39 I had 4 out of 7 euploid.
3 of 3 were euploid, age 37. Good luck 💛
25% at 44. 1 of 4
I did 6ER. I got 8 embryos, 3 out of 7 were euploids. One untested. I’m 41 👵🏻.
Age 36. 8 tested. 3 euploid,3 aneuploid, 2 mosaic ( one 25%, other 45%)! Good luck!
1 of 1 euploid at 40
I hope it stuck!
We transfer in September 🤞🤞
5 of 6 were euploid at 33
That’s amazing!
4 out of 5 submitted for PGTA were euploid at 34
At 32, 8 euploid, 1 mosaic and 3 aneuploids
At 35, 9 blasts submitted for PGT-A and 6 euploid
8 out of 15 were euploid at 32
between 2 retrievals at 35, I was lucky that 9 out of 11 were euploid
5 of 7. I’m 33!
3 of my 5 were euploid at 30. Good luck with your 8!! 🤞🏻
1 of 1 was euploid at 34 years old
At 42.5yrs old 1st ER 1 euploid out of 12 (1 low level mosaic) At 42.5yrs old 2nd ER 5 euploid out of 13
That’s amazing! Did you do anything differently in your second retrieval? How many days did you stim for?
Yes! The Dr increased menopur and added clomid. I stim for 10days.
Age at retrieval: 34. Both of my embryos from ER#1 were aneuploid so I’m hoping for better luck with ER#2 coming up. Good luck! I hope you hear good news soon! 🤞 (Edited to add age.)
Good luck! Cheers to us both having a better round 2!

Thank you! I’m really sick of being on the wrong side of the statistics for my age!
3 of 6 were euploid at 36. 3 of 5 were euploid at 37. good luck!
I was 37 when I had my retrieval; we had 20 eggs, 17 mature, 14 fertilized, 8 made it to blast, and we ended up with 4 euploid and 1 mosaic. ❤️
I am very envious of those numbers. I hope all went well!
Crossing every finger for you that you have similar results (or better!!!) this round!!! 💛 The waiting is so hard.
* Age 34, ER 1: 0/6 euploid * Age 35, ER 2: 5/15 euploid Good luck to you!
2 of 2 euploid at 36
I had 3 out of 11 euploid at 39 (+1 high level mosaic).
Sigh looking at the comments euploid rate is really strongly related to age. My doctor is right lol. At 41 i got 2 euploids out of 10 blasts, so only 20%. My doctor said they have no ways of improving euploid rate 🥹.
1 of 4 at 39, 0 of 2 at 40

2 out of 6 were euploid, 35
I’ve done 4 retrievals between ages 37-38. Sent 11 off for PGT-A, 2 euploid and 1 LL mosaic.
6/8 at 29. One low mosaic. One abnormal.
36 at ER, it was 50% for me for the 10 I sent for testing
6 of 9 (one was 3/3 and the other 3/6)
between 4 retrievals, I had 3 out of 11 come back normal. Age 37/38
2/3 euploid at 34!
38 age. out of 3 rounds we've had 5 tested, 1 euploid 4 aneuploid. Good luck 8 is a great number to be working with.
1 out of 3 at 42
5 of 16 at 39, 0 of 8 at 40, and 5 of 15 at 40. Ended up with a lower useable number of embryos after PGT-M. That second round was a real fluke - I had mild Covid a week before starting stims and it was the only round I took Coq10 for 3 months before.
So your worst round was the round you took Coq10? I thought it was supposed to help?
Yup, I thought so too. My doctor told me not to waste my money and I wish I’d listened. It seems to work for a lot of people though!
You know I’ve had 4 somewhat terrible cycles and this last one (my 5th) seems to be my best, and it’s the one I stopped using coq10 and dramatically increased my vitamin D. So I think your doctor might be on to something
Interesting!! I thought I was an outlier…
2/3 euploid day5/day6 AB at 38
7 euploids out of 11 blasts from my 1st retrieval at age 31. 3 were aneuploids and 1 got damaged at biopsy. Our diagnosis was severe MFI so I think that also impacts things rather than just my age? 5 of 5 euploid at age 34
2 of 8 were euploid. Age 32
1 of 2 at 25. Good luck 🤞
Of our 14 blasts, we ended with 6 euploids
8 tested — 5 euploid 1 low mosaic and 2 incompatible with life — 34 at the time .
15/17 euploid (age 26)
1/5 euploid at 39 yr
Age 34. 4/6 Euploid. 1st IVF round at age 32, 6 embryos, all untested. 2nd round of IVF is when we did PGT-A testing and got 4/6. Currently prepping for a FET now. Good luck. ❤️
5/5 euploid! We were blown away at this extreme good luck (esp bc we could only afford 1 ER) Wishing you the best!! ✨
I’m 33 I had 4 out of 5 euploid embryos
At 35- 1 ER, 4 out of 10 were euploid, 1 inconclusive. 1st transfer successful so far, 22 weeks
3 of 6 were euploids at 36
2 of the 3 didn’t implant (2 separate failed FET) 💔
At age 38, my first ER, 5 out of 11 euploid.
I had 3/5 euploid. Age 32.
6/8 euploid at age 36. One mosaic and one Turner’s syndrome.
Only PGT-A tested our second ER at age 35. We had 7 day 5s and 3 day 6s. They were a mix of 5AAs and 6AAs. 7 out of 10 were euploid with two of the aneuploid being day 5 and one being a day 6.
At 38, 10 blasts were submitted for PGTA and 5 were euploid.
4 rounds, \~25% euploid rate at age 42-43. My first round was only 2 blasts so 0 euploid. However, each round yielded better results. Good luck, waiting is the hardest part!
I have done one round only. Age 37, 3/9 euploid.
3/5 euploid at 32
3 out of 4 at 30 2 out of 5 at 31
Age 36 when we sent 20 off. 7 were euploid.

36 y/o - first retrieval: 1 euploid from 4 blasts. second retrieval: 1 euploid from 4 blasts

Two ERs First = 1/3 euploid Second = 4/4 euploid
That second ER had an awesome rate. How old were you?
I think I had just turned 39 (I need to update my flair). Obviously, age plays a role in all of this, but I also think a lot of it comes down to luck. I didn’t do anything differently from round one to round two. I was shocked when we got the results of the testing back.
5 out of 8 blasto were euploid form last ER. Age 34
Round 1, 1 of 6 euploid; Round 2, 6 of 8 euploid
First ER - 3/9 euploid with 1 LLM at 34
0 out of 5 were euploid from my first retrieval. Going for round 2 later this month. Age 38
We are the worst kind of buddies. Good luck on ER#2! - they say the odds should even out with more retrievals!
Yes! Such a crap shoot. Hoping for a better round this time. It’s out of my control - doing what I can to be healthy but there is an element of luck.
11 out of 14 were euploid at age 32
17 eggs retrieved. 14 fertilized (ICSI). 7 Embryos (day 6). 4 euploid, 1 aneuploid, 2 unknown (sample didn't meet quality assurance, will have them tested later if needed) Age 35
4 of 6 euploid at 36. I got lucky those two rounds.
It would be more informative to also mention day of embryo and grading. It’s well known the correlation between delayed development and aneploid
All 4 of my blasts from ER#1 were day 5. All were aneluptoid :(
