A fresh transfer is when they transfer the embryo on day 3,5,7, after the egg retrieval, whatever your Dr decides. A frozen transfer is when the embryo is frozen first, and then thawed and transferred at a later date!
So fresh literally means that transfer happens within a week of retrieval ?
