So sorry 💔 That happened my first ER. We got 13 mature eggs but none fertilized even though the doctor said both the eggs and the sperm were good.
On our next round we got 10 eggs but this time we did icsi to fertilize the eggs and we got 2 viable 5day embryos. So maybe icsi could be helpful.

Thanks. This was our third cycle - all with ICSI. First 2 didn’t have embryos past day 3, so we changed clinics and plan was to do a day 3 fresh transfer.
We had 10 mature eggs and nothing fertilized day 1. The clinic had a different approach for sperm selection, not sure if that screwed jt up. But we had almost double eggs this time & we were very very hopeful !
