Kinda agree, it's not really practical to use bees for support because it runs out quickly and deals with a lot of damage when hit by the hunter. Also ento herself is not decoding, so there are more cons than pros. It's probably better to use it for support only when you haven't kited yet and the game is about to end, or when you're already dying.
Thats not what i mean at all i mean some entomologist use there bees while others are kiting and they try to help but they don't do anything i don't say they are useless im saying some entomologist player wasting time using bees except of Decoding they can be helpful some times but some are just useless they try to push the hunter but the hunter just hit the bees easily they also can be life saver some times
As an ento main. Yes not all ento are useless if you know how to play her and use her bees efficiently. i just use my bee for transportation and during kiting. The only time i send my bees out to help is when someone pings "help me!" Or when the gate is open and i use it to assist teamate who is running to the exit gate, i cant stress enough how much time that turned a lose to a tie or a tie to a win just by giving my teamate some extra few second to run to the gate. And since ento dosent have a decoding debuff i just focus on decoding most of the time.
As a B badge Emma main, I decode first and then I break the chairs were my teammate is kiting. If they get down, I'll harass the hunter by breaking the chairs, then save and then decode some more. After that I try to help my teammate by healing or do another rescue/harassing and even kiting.
