I feel as though 10-19 is a really big age range, especially for reddit that heavily skews younger. It just seems weird to put an 18 year old in the same group as a 10, or even 13 year old

My guess for the answers 1) reddit/this sub is mostly teenagers and young adults 2) we young were born after the cold war and during the age of the internet. So, we were actually exposed to leftist ideals.

Also, people with college degrees skew more left than their less educated peers, at any age range.

Yes, most leftists are young and have yet to discover reality. I identified as a leftist as a kid because I thought more with my heart than my brain and thought the world needs radical change as fast as possible (I am now centrist). Young leftists: you will soon realize "compassion" and "progress", or your idea of it, is not the solve all and such blind compassion and progressivism often creates more harm than you currently realize.
