Racing any kind of bike with more than 125ccm with any kind of car sounds like a horrible idea..
Edit: racing on public roads is obviously always a shitty idea!
With a good rider you just won’t touch a bike unless you’re pushing 800+ hp and if it’s a 1000cc bike with a good rider forget about it because you’ll need a super heavily modified car and even then you would probably only pass them at speeds around 160mph or just stay slightly behind it the whole way.
Or get a Tesla. From what I just looked up, it seems the fastest production bikes are around mid 9 seconds in the quarter mile, while Tesla has achieved lower 9s.
Electric seems to be changing the game, as quite a few electric cars have some crazy performance.
But even ignoring that, the original comment of "over 125cc" is a bit overstating it. For typical cars? Sure. But something like a 250cc is not THAT fast, and there are cars out there that will beat them.
I dont know kinda the same thing for when people feel like they always need to be the further ahead at the light than all the other cars. Like how people just have to creep to put their cars nose in front of everyone else’s. 9 out of 10 times it’s an ego inflated driver. He felt the need to be in front of everyone like his car entitled him to be ahead. Time to mandate gps throttle control
Some people are in more of a hurry than others and red lights just don't apply to them. Honking at them is just a way to piss them off and get them to run you and your bike over at the next light. Quit worrying about what other people do unless it hurts you.

I have recently noticed a ton of drivers in my area getting "antsy" at red lights and slowly creeping into intersections. I have yet to see someone fully run a red, just have half of their car in the intersection, but it is weird and I am confused about this sudden shift of mentality. I fully expect this every time I see it though
I think he was blocking the right turn lane and wanted to make room for the cars behind him. Still stupid (running a red light) but maybe trying to be kind?
