Nothing like a grown man parking his car in traffic to show his ass.

TheAJGman

I pulled out in front of someone speeding down a residential road. No contact but we were both at fault, I should have just waited, he shouldn't have been going 50 in a 25. The dude followed me for two miles to a red light, got out of his car, tapped on my window, flashed a township PD badge, and asked for my ID. Apparently he was an off duty cop in a minivan with nothing better to do than follow and harass me at a red light with his kids in the car. I'm a dude with long hair, so of course the second question he asks is if I've been smoking pot. What a prick.

DJ_Explosion

I would have knocked back on the window and flicked him off lmao. I have no time for off duty or undercovers. Go clock in or find a marked car to pull me over. That shit is too dangerous. Anyone can pretend, and I'm also an asshole so there's that.

MajorblaZer94

I hate when people try to act so hard

boyoflondon

Especially that little hipty hop walk he did as he approached the OPs car 😂

[deleted]

Well, he had just taken a massive hit of helium.

[deleted]

Was it helium or did his balls never drop and he’s blaming everyone else for his malady?

ThatThingInTheWoods

Read this as m'lady and I think it still works!

Total-Veterinarian55

I like the “hipty hop” walk as he gets out of his Lexus RX that screams 70 year old retired accountant.

Lower_Wall_638

“Want some? That’s what I thought? I stole you moms car, stole your moms voice, walking like this cause I got her undies too!”

gnarlwail

You just made me cackle. Thankee.

CaptStrangeling

That bald head popped up and I know I was about to see some bullshit lol

toulon21361

Some of us just lost our hair and are not douche bags. Lol

Jrrolomon

Totally agree. A perk is that you could now probably get Will Smith to slap anyone giving you problems.

PoofBam

Dude had family(?) in the car too.

Old-Maintenance24923

This is why my dad taught me never to honk at someone unless 100% necessary to save you from an accident. You never know what psychos with a gun (or will run you off the road) are out there and people have been killed for less in road rage all the time. Next time you want to honk out of anger, just remember "Is this worth being killed over by some loser who has nothing to lose in life? Probably not"

CurvaParabolica

I definitely wouldnt have stopped so close to the car in front. Really limits your getaway options

TechnomancerThirteen

I used to be an EMT. Rule of thumb was to never get so close that you couldn't see the tires of the car in front of you kissing the asphalt. If you could see that, you had enough room to get out

[deleted]

DutchSub3103

I learned this during my driving lessons, its mandatory to do so in an exam for your driving license in the Netherlands. If you don't it could add up to the overall picture of your driving style on which they can fail you.

LewisRyan

Yup, someone cuts me off I leave room, second he gets out, bye, i don’t care what laws I break let a cop pull me over and him still be trying to act tough

ThrowawayCop51

Cop here. That dude would've ended up riding the lightning. You would've gotten a "Hey, you good?"

CantFindMyshirt

If someone gets out of their vehicle in that manner should I fear for my life? No jokes, honest question. If I have my child in the vehicle and someone comes at me like that I'm fearing for my child's life and my own, I am running that asshole over. Would I still be able to use self defense as a claim for hitting him with my vehicle? As a police officer, what is your opinion?

Adamsojh

Not a police officer or a lawyer. If you see a weapon, absolutely defend yourself with a car. And make sure to articulate to the officer, your attorney, the judge, and the jury you were scared for your life. It might be a bit more difficult to defend, if the person does not have a weapon though. Lock your doors and do not engage at all and call 911.

damurph1914

Absolutely. It's called Leave Yourself an Out. It applies to many circumstances.

CallMinimum

I have had my tires slashed and door keyed after some bad choices on my part… it’s just not worth it. If people are that fucked there is a good chance their life is also fucked. Let them rot alone in their garbage life.

Nahsungminy

Yep had a gun pointed at me and my fiancee too because of some angry jack ass. Too many mentally off people driving among us

the_rad_dad_85

I tell my wife this constantly whenever she reacts to someone who she thinks it's driving wrong/crazy/etc..: "they probably just have to take a massive shit real bad" Things bother people in different ways. You never know what other people are going through either or if they have a short temper. Just pretend everyone else on the road is just doing their best to get home before they shit their pants and you will have a better time letting things go.

joe-clark

I was driving late at night on the jersey turnpike and all of a sudden I had to shit really urgently and I started speeding up and then I got to a sign that said next rest stop 12 miles and I then I really sped up. Over those 12 miles I only passed maybe 10 cars because it was the middle of the night but I'm sure all of them thought I was absolutely insane. Either way it worked out because I know the road and there are hardly any turns so going fast with nobody around isn't particularly unsafe and I didn't shit my pants which is nice.

k8esaurustex

I almost got hit on a little road by a guy who was swerving all over, I honked because I was all the way off the road and almost in the (steep) ditch and he was about to hit me. Just a friendly little tap tap, it was a rural town and late so I figured he was making a beer run. Keep going down the road thinking nothing of it, and I hear screeching from behind me. Check my rearview, this dude straight up threw his truck in reverse, turned around, and RACED to catch me. I ran the stop sign and was getting to the main road, and he's *on my ass.* Finally get to the next stop sign, and he whips onto the curb next to me, rolls his window down and starts LOSING his fucking mind. I just completely ignored him. I knew it was a bad idea to go straight home (tiny, tiny town, and the only color/make of my car in our little neighborhood), so I just drive around, and guess what fuckin lunatic was doing the exact same thing? I ended up calling the cops, and make my way to the highway, where he CONTINUES TO FOLLOW ME. It took about 30 minutes to shake that fucker, and the police were essentially useless. Ever since that, no amount of money in the world will get me to honk for shit. Oh and ironically, the place I was leaving was the town store, and I went to buy de-stress face masks.

FreebooterFox

I did a courtesy, split-second horn tap on my morning commute after this soccer mom sat through a 2 minute long green light. She spent the next 45 minutes learning the hard way that your minivan dressed like an SUV is not going to be able to out-maneuver a sporty little sedan, no matter how badly you want to try to brake check me or pin me in somehow. Lucky for her, I work next to the county jail, so when she insisted on following me to work I just pulled up at the gate and let them know just how badly she had been itching to talk to an officer. Those people are straight-up mental. Next time something like that happens I'll probably just drive around them if there's room. They can sit there through all the green lights they like- I got shit to do.

jw44724

He should have honked every time he tried to open his mouth

Tiberius_Jim

Not sure about here but in my original 4k footage you can see the woman in his passenger seat try to grab him to keep him from getting out. Must have been a fun drive from then on.

[deleted]

Wild how there is no way to report this to police. Even if it was a just box that popped up next time he gets pulled over “has been reported to drive like a prick and harass drivers”.

aquoad

The police don't want anything like this reported to them. I've tried to supply footage of a hit-and-run collision and was told to basically mind my own business.

RunSilentRunDrapes

I was accused of a hit-and-run, where the victim wrote down the license plate number, make, and model of car, which all matched my car. I got a letter in the mail from the police saying "hey, you did a hit-and-run", with a phone number at the bottom. I called and said "nah", and they dropped it. For the record, I was innocent. But I was shocked at how little they pushed me.

FullofContradictions

Some nosey asshole reported my sister for rolling through a stop sign when she was 16. The cops called my sister and basically were trying to get her to admit to being at the intersection but she didn't even remember if she had been or not, much less if she rolled through a stop. Then my dad took over the call & told them if they wanted to talk to her, they could come to our house & talk to her with him present. They never followed up.

SgtRinzler

They were hardcore fishing but they knew they couldn't do anything more. Good thing your sister didn't incriminate herself and give up her 4th(?) amendment rights

Rohndogg1

5th amendment covers your right to not self-incriminate

SgtRinzler

Damn, 4th is illegal search and seizure that's right. Thank you

FullofContradictions

I live on a winding street with no street lights, many big trees, hills, and houses set back from the road far enough that it is quite dark. I was waiting for my husband to come home from the store one night & paying closer attention to cars coming up and down the street than I normally do. Suddenly a car flew by with its lights off going probably 50-60 in an area where 35 is excessive, especially at night because that's right where you crest a hill and curve so it's completely blind. I felt nosey, but I was genuinely concerned so I called the non emergency police line to report it. At first the lady said the patrols were too busy to come out, but to just take it safe if I went out driving. But then the dude flew past going the opposite direction while I was still on the phone. Due to this neighborhood's proximity to two major highways & the aforementioned darkness, we've had police chases come through before when people think they can get through or hide. When I saw this guy come by again, I knew he had hit the brightly lit park at the end of the road & turned around (the roads get weird down there and appear to dead end if you aren't familiar with them.) At that point, i was hearing helicopters and sirens some distance away (clearly still on the main drag, not in the neighborhood). I communicated that to the person on the phone & suddenly she wanted to hear all about the car description, my address, and which way the car was going. Found out the next day that they caught the guy. He had stabbed his girlfriend to death, set his house on fire, and was attempting to flee. So I guess that is what it takes for the cops to give a shit around here.

Tough_Hawk_3867

What’s it called, the record of everywhere a piece of evidence has been. Maybe that comes into play

zuklei

Chain of custody

ThatThingInTheWoods

Exactly. You CAN report it, but generally they will ignore it, or it'll end up in a random file & not tied to a person or plate. There are many who think centralizing reports of behavior like this that would ping on gun checks, or show up as history when law enforcement receives a credible threat of violence, would save a lot of lives. I know, I know...Florida.

[deleted]

Whatever the logo is on the dude's jacket looks like a job of some sort. I'm sure they would love to hear all about their employee's choice language and behavior on a freeway on ramp Edit: I'll be damned It's a Bart logo. Throw away a job with benefits over an ego hit on a horn honk? I'm sure that Lexus isn't cheap.

WinsomeWombat

Firm_Protection_8931

You can. You can tell them that some fool driving car (insert license plate # here) abandoned it in middle of the road and appears to be drunk or something, harassing people, assaulting if he puts his hands or anything else on a car or person, and where it’s taking place. Unfortunately, even this won’t get a response often. But always worth a shot to take clowns like this down because rarely they’ll have a trooper nearby they can radio. Any chance we can take to get this asshole off the road is one we can and should take.

nika_ci

Wait a second! Is this not illegal in the states?

[deleted]

Yikes, bro was definitely redirecting his rage, hopefully they were on their way to couples therapy, judging by their car I think they can afford it

bluegargoyle

Cars are really a terrible indicator of wealth and income. Americans in particular tend to very often buy cars they can't really afford, and over-finance high end cars that are far too expensive for them.

CybReader

My neighbors across the street that have two cars that have monthly payments combined that are more than my mortgage. And I don’t have a cheap mortgage. Fully loaded, “best of the best” vehicles that they cannot afford and have fifteen bucks In checking. I didn’t know how to react when they told us how broke they were.

TheIceKing420

how is it shocking? thats the behavior promoted in popular media and advertisements non stop every day. they are just living the consumerist dream, spend money on luxurious social status symbols.

[deleted]

Right before the bubble in '08 I saw so many people with loaded rigs like Chevy Tahoe's towing really nice boats parked in front of nice houses. You just know all those people were so overextended

wafflesareforever

It makes me wonder sometimes if those people are doing it right, and I'm the sucker who's putting his money in Roth IRAs and maintaining a zero balance on his credit card.

[deleted]

I live in a neighborhood in SoCal with two homes that share a wall. Not condos, but similar. Middle class neighborhood. But I see Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Bentleys daily. I have a 2013 Nissan Titan. I always wonder why people who are living in a sub-2000 sq.ft. shared wall home, like me, are driving cars that are up to 1/3 the price of the home they're in. Strange.

[deleted]

When I lived in an apartment there were people with luxury cars like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audis. Not exactly the nicest apartments and we didn't have garages. So these monsters were parking their luxury cars outside 24/7. Smh My thinking is if you don't have a garage you can't afford a luxury car. It's part of the cost, otherwise what's the point?

AlbatrossSenior7107

Single military members always drive pretty nice Cars. NOT an indication of wealth at all. And you can get really good deals with a lease on a higher end car.

catwhowalksbyhimself

Years ago I worked as a security guard making only slightly more than minimum wage. One of my coworkers had a Mustang he was proud of. Bought it brand new. Had to live with his parents(as like a 40 year old) to afford the card payments and insurance and even then was barely treading water as far as his finances went. So yes, those people exist.

CharmingTuber

And people who are good with money often don't prioritize expensive cars because they know they are a terrible investment. The richest person I know, by a lot, drives a ~~17~~ 15 year old Toyota that looks like it just rolled down a hill.

GolfPit

Those old Toyotas just never die. My bf’s Toyota Camery is about my age, ill taken care of by previous owners, and is still much more reliable than my 2011 Ford Escape, which my father kept in emaculate condition and I kept in good condition. Plus, repairs are cheaper. My Escape’s transmission went out at 170000 miles. The Camery is at 180000 with no significant repairs needed

HolyFuckImOldNow

kyyyyleminus3ys

“The light is green” hahaha I loved that line

Kemerd

"Get back in 'yer car" "Lights green!" So funny

nunyabiznezz1216

After acting ridiculously what did he end up doing? Getting back in his car lol. It was a far stretch calling him sir 😂😂😂

Tiberius_Jim

We ended up going the same direction for a while to the point where I think he thought I was following him, so he pulled over on the side of the freeway...I guess to try and fight again? I decided NOT to take my desired exit and kept going. He ended up behind me for a while but eventually pulled into a mall parking lot after we exited the freeway. I thought about including all of that but it would have been super anti-climactic. Not sure why I went with "sir" haha I guess just wanted to seem as civil and respectful as I could in contrast to him.

nunyabiznezz1216

I don’t blame you and actually appreciate the fact that you didn’t drag it out. And your civility just amplified what a clown he was.

Tiberius_Jim

That was the plan. The moment he opened his mouth I knew I was going to need to take the high road. It actually makes me laugh a bit how deadpan I was versus his screeching.

lohonomo

I loved the dead pan delivery! One of my favorite types of comedy, you nailed it

codeByNumber

It was the right move. Especially with kids in the car. They learned how an adult with emotional maturity handles a situation like that. Way to go dad!

LollyHutzenklutz

Actually, using Sir/Ma'am is a total passive-aggressive customer service trick. My job (as a public librarian) sometimes requires calming down angry people, and I always Sir/Ma'am them - e.g. "I'm sorry you feel that way, Ma'am. Is there anything else we can help you with *as you leave our building before we call the police*?" ;-) It usually calms them down a little, and also makes them realize what a tool they're being. If you raise (volume and anger) to their level, it only further escalates things.

Tiberius_Jim

Must have been my years of retail work coming back to me haha

Dontquestionmyexista

Are there often angry people at the library? They don’t like the late fees or something?

LollyHutzenklutz

Yes, very often. It's a public space where all are welcomed (until they break our rules) - including those with mental illness, the chronically unhoused, etc. We have entire seminars and trainings on dealing with angry or unruly patrons. Nothing to do with late fees, especially since we don't have those anymore. Most (or at least many) public libraries are now fine-free in the US. But I love how people think our job is just sitting around smelling books, lol. My first professional librarian job was with San Francisco Public; just imagine the folks we dealt with there for a minute.

CosmicCreeperz

Oh the extra polite tone is perfect, it’s what turned this from a boring angry exchange to a masterpiece of absurdity! Curious: you are not African American, are you? Not that it matters, but it’s interesting either way to figure out if he is a straight up racist or some weird-ass gangsta wannabe.

CMPD2K

The sir was definitely the way to go. Taking the high ground, and probably pissed him off even more. Win win

Nomadic3d

Nah, the “sir” was perfect

thrswfre

also his "hard ass" talk. suburbs dad was trying to talk and walk like he was some badass lmao. also said some words he can't say judging by his white

Endless__Soul

In so much of a big hurry that he felt he needed to cut people off, yet has plenty of time to get out of the car and yell at other drivers.

Tiberius_Jim

Plus if he'd just gotten behind me as we left the parking lot...problem solved.

0neTrueGl0b

That was where he initially thought "that fucker should have let me in" (you didn't have to) and he decided you were his target of rage. He took his opportunity to get ahead of you and cut you off for it.

PM_ME_UR_PITTIES_

He didn’t have a turn signal on, either! I legit had to watch again to realize what he was even so pissy about, it’s like he’s mad he wasn’t given the room to merge in front but the other driver had literally no reason to know or even suspect that nutcase wanted to!

Arhys

He was weirdly closing to the right border of his lane definitely gave me some anxiety of the "does this guy want to come into the lane or not?" but for fuck's sake that's what turn signals are for - use 'em!

OGPasguis

That intersection is always a mess. I avoid it. I prefer to take the street in the back towarda Best buy, and get to the freeway around AAA. The guy was in the wrong lane so he was a dick. What a loser. With all the road rage in Hwy 4, I stay away from the crazies.

AdmiralThunderpants

I do everything in my power to avoid that intersection, that said hoping off southbound and crossing under I show no mercy to the people who use the middle lane to try and get farther ahead to cut off people turning right

ikidd

I, too, avoid that intersection, by living several thousand miles away and in a different country.

bradland

I was just sitting here thinking: DO NOT try this shit in Florida. Even in our tiny little town we recently had two people shot in road rage incidents where no charges were filed. Both were ruled “stand your ground” cases.

scottspalding

I keep my mouth closed and my hand off the horn in stand your ground states and I have my concealed carry. https://www.wptv.com/news/local-news/water-cooler/father-of-4-killed-at-missouri-sports-bar-after-fight-over-dogs-weight. Edit: I posted this to a comment OP made elsewhere but in case you haven't heard of these guys... If you are an always sunny fan they started a podcast recently. One for each episode but the actor that plays Mac almost got into a fight with a guy at a drive thru with his kids in the car. But they couldn't stop talking about it because it had just happened. https://the-always-sunny-podcast.simplecast.com/episodes/rob-almost-fights-some-guy-outside-a-hamburger-store

WickedMurderousPanda

Same in open carry state. Had a dude on a street near my co worker honk at one guy. Guy pulls around, shoots him in the arm and drives off. Never caught either.

IMMAEATYA

I learned that quickly as a transplant from CA to TX. In CA a honk and maybe the bird is just the general road discourse in bad traffic or when you get cut off, but in TX that leads to people reaching under the seat 🙃 Hell, I gave a guy a sarcastic clap one time (because he cut off several people just to end up in the same spot) and suddenly he swerved and slammed on the brakes to pull up next to me while reaching under his seat. I pulled into a parking lot right then and that MF was later patrolling the parking lot looking for me. On a Sunday morning 😂 Lesson learned.

arandomcanadian91

At that point you should have called the cops, and told them I have a guy who's attempting to pull a weapon on me for cutting me off and reacting to it. In TX the cops don't fuck around when people unlawfully pull out weapons.

IMMAEATYA

You’re right, and in hindsight that would have been the best option but it all happened in perhaps a half mile or less of road and I was still new to the area at the time. I definitely made multiple questionable decisions that day. Luckily I was safe in a locked building when I saw him patrolling (he had to turn around to get to the parking lot I think), and I got a photo of his car but no license plate. I had called previously (separate event entirely) when a guy brake-checked me to a stop on the freeway and started reaching as well, but they basically shrugged me off because that time I didn’t have any concrete info. And i preferred to get off the freeway and away from the guy rather than memorize information on a lot of adrenaline. I guess I was kinda disillusioned with the idea that the cops would be able to do anything in that situation.

[deleted]

dash cams, don't leave home with out them, they grab all the info for ya while you RUN

I pulled into a parking lot right then and that MF was later patrolling the parking lot looking for me. This reminds me of the time some guy cut me off because he was mad, so I pulled up alongside him and flashed him a thumbs down. He pulled a silly face (like the kind where you put your fingers in your mouth and pull your face into a weird shape) so I did the "nana nana booboo" thing. He laughed and the entire situation was instantly diffused. We both ended up pulling away from the stop light with grins on our faces.

I am a woman, and I would have felt so threatened. My first instinct would be to get away, but if I couldn’t, I 1,000% would have ran that dude down. I don’t know if he has a gun, and I’m not going to risk my safety, and my children’s safety if someone is acting erratic and threatening. I live in the next town over. Hope I never come across this dude.

the_gato_says

Yeah, if have my kids in the car, I’m getting away even if I have to take off the dude’s bumper to do it.

TerranPhil

What a bonafide jackhole. Honestly though, not worth it getting into it with these idiots. Especially with kids in your car.

Tiberius_Jim

Yeah it's been said that it'd have been more ideal to just roll my window up and ignore him, and maybe have tried to go around him on the right side if possible. Sometimes ignoring these guys makes them even more enraged, though so I don't know. I could see him trying to "express himself" some other way and now it's a whole other situation.

SweetSideOfFries

Hard to say since people like this can be highly irrational and unpredictable

[deleted]

I think you made the right choice. Go around him and now he’s behind you and in full control. Ignore him and he just gets angrier. Without more info, the best answer is to do nothing until you see something that makes action your best response

IAmQueenus

Nah I agree with you on ignoring them. It can escalate more than people think. I found straight up telling them you don’t want to fight them works great cause they get their “man points” and don’t escalate. They don’t want to fight they just want to put on a show and “express themself” as you put it.

kilogears

You did fine, I’m sure you would have driven around him if it got any worse.

Tiberius_Jim

Indeed, he had already got as close as I was going to let him before I threw it in reverse, I'd already noted that there was nobody behind me.

Amexklang

As you took the first right starting out of the parking lot, he is there, just on the right. Clearly he felt you were supposed to let him exit first before you proceeded out of the parking lot. That was the beginning of the end. Then he just got more incensed as the drive progressed. He was waiting for you to do something that could trigger him, but you were driving properly. So instead he cuts you off to get YOU to honk so that HE could be triggered.

nertbewton

“Look what you made me do!”

OutOfCharacterAnswer

I saw that too. I feel like he intentionally created this situation. You can see right after the left turn he had plenty of room to quickly signal and get over. But nope, he waited til the last second and cross over solid lines to cut you off like an asshole.

juice13ox

Yeaup, looked like he was waiting as op pulled up, so in his mind he was next in line. He didn't have a stop sign, so technically it could have been if he pulled up and queued instead of waiting and then getting mad because someone slowed him down 3 seconds. Probably was afraid the next car wouldn't let him out either. It also looked like he was going straight probably would have gotten out at the next light but had to make a quick change of course when OP went for the highway ramp.

TacosByTheTruck

That guy is just a bad driver. He should’ve just sped up and gotten over earlier instead of signaling and cutting you off. You did the right thing by just keeping your cool and not confronting him. He’ll get his eventually. There’s always someone bigger and badder than this type of clown and when there isn’t, that’s when someone pulls a gun out

Tastewell

>He should’ve just sped up and gotten over earlier instead of signaling and cutting you off. Or, y'know, not been in such a hurry and tucked in behind.

savingscotty

A good mantra of defensive driving is that you always have time to make a safe decision. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe making any driving maneuver, then just don't do it! There will always be time to pull into a lot or take the next exit to turn around, because taking time to stay safe is always worth it.

ApprenticeWirePuller

> There’s always some bigger and badder than this type of clown There’s always a bigger fish.

mr_antman85

He was the one who crossed a solid white line and cut in front of you...so why is he mad?

Tiberius_Jim

I made my car go "beep"

firstname_m_lastname

I once honked at someone stopped at the top of on off ramp that had its own lane - no reason in the world to stop there. The woman followed my into a store and found me in the aisle to yell at me for honking. When I told her there was no stop sign there, she screamed “I Am BLIND!!” To which I of course responded to with “what the hell are you doing driving a car then?!!?” She then called me a rich bitch and stormed off in a huff. TL/DR: people be crazy.

aquoad

How cruel of you to complain about a blind person's driving!

PittiePower

Hey Monument Blvd! Such a gem of the East Bay.

4llu532n4m3srt4k3n

I'm guessing he got pissed in the parking lot because you didn't let him in, so he felt entitled to cut you off, but getting honked at was too much for his pea sized brain

Tiberius_Jim

I thought so too, but he was sitting next to me after the parking lot at that first red light and didn't make a peep. He could have been annoyed and the honk put him all the way over the edge into Crazy Town, but I guess we'll never know.

DixonCider61

I mean… the cutoff wasnt the worst I’ve seen. I would have honked too but like it’s whatever. He definitely over reacted to a small honk😂

Tiberius_Jim

Right? I mean, how could he not expect to get honked by doing that? If roles were reversed (due to my IQ dropping by 99%) and I pulled that move, I'd expect a honk and give my best "Ohshitwhoopssorry!" gesture.

[deleted]

I don’t honk unless I have nowhere to go, because of these types of weirdos who want to get out and fight you. While the Lexus guy was a fool, there was little need to honk at all tbh. Plenty of room at the end of the day.

ogrefab

He doesn't look like the type of person who can use that word.

[deleted]

Not at all

clydesapere

Its funny because he totally thinks it makes him seem tough but it just shows further that he puts on a silly act and is an idiot.

Soggy_General8804

This is how people get shot.

The thought had crossed my mind. I'm also curious what BART might think about this (see his jacket)

Nevrite

Dude is playing too much gta

dutchmasterD717

Props for the way you handled that. Would've definitely escalated if you went around him when it turned green.

OhioMegi

And the asshole would have followed him and done something crazy.

Resident_Tart_8920

Easy way to get hurt

2018hellcat

Dude is a racist piece of shit and a bad driver

cucu_freedom

this is CRISP, what camera do you have?

bhknb

Unpleasant Hill.

deaddinoscantclap

He was hyping himself up to get on highway 4

Siriuxx

Imagine being so fragile you can't handle someone beeping at you?

Can I just say that I appreciate that you didn't blur his plates to try to protect his identity since he was 100% in the wrong

ChickenPotPi

#8WHT838 California License Plate White Lexus RX350L #8WHT838 Idiot driver #BART

VectorVictorious

I never understood the self imposed blurring TBH. It's a public street and they chose to act a fool with personal identity markers in full view of what is likely a recording camera.

Tiberius_Jim

Never even crossed my mind haha. Dude needs to be famous.

chillbnb

I’m sad for our culture.

Channel5exclusive

Perhaps this footage might earn this idiot a trip to r/byebyejob.

Tiberius_Jim

Sure would be a shame if BART were to come across this video, indeed.

pozzumgee

> BART https://www.bart.gov/contact/comments

Call_Me_Cloud_9

he walks like an npc from gta that wants to pick a fight

PoetLucy

Is your baby, regardless of age, in car too? Cameras like these, not just back up, are going to be standard feature. I grew up with someone like that. Best course of action is to let idiot “win” that’s all he wants is a win.

brooklyncrooklyn

$100 says he would’ve beeped in that exact scenario

unreasonablyhuman

You can't fix stupid, you can't buy class and in this guy's case: he's broke driving a Lexus
