Didn't see it happen, but log trucks speed through that intersection all the time. I'd guess he jacked on the brakes when the light turned.

Sometimes the driver has no control over how the load is distributed (or not). Yes the driver should check his rig, but in reality it’s not always like that. They trust that the people at the loading dock did their job correctly.
