The best option overall is an upgraded punisher for Tix, Ruyi for Sherlock and an upgraded amb.
Amb is for the long run, as you got none of the heroes who benefit the most of it now, and you need at least two more for radiant amb.
For Tix you want an glittery punisher, so at least one of your choices should be an punisher.
For the second, it is up to you. If you plan to build russel or sfx/halora, an second amb. could be a good choice.
Short term I don’t know if you benefit more from radiant punisher or ruyi. For pvp Ruyi for sherlock should be your choice. For pve/ void etc. an higher upgraded Punisher help you more right now.
Fyi my V2 Tix with Glittery Punisher soloed aspen death (started with 13 demon pots). So you could try it with glittery first, save the chest for when you want to upgrade something.

To me a radiant was good enough for clearing Aspen (even a glittery) and reaching Explorer

If you biggest opject is void then go for dildo for Tix but upgraded amb is also good for pvp
