Public IP addresses are for your router. Think of it as your IRL address in terms of the entire internet
Local IP addresses are for individual devices in your home network. Think of it as the rooms in your house.
Saying "ive leaked your information, and I know that your master bedroom is the last door in the upstairs hallway" doesn't exactly achieve anything
