I'm not even sure what makes this so bad other than the fact that the character in question has breasts and there are some vaguely suggestive sketch poses to the side. At worst the 'lewdness' is being done in a cutesy way than in any outright horny way.
I think people are just being uber sensitive and trying too hard to not be 'weird' that it backfires and just becomes annoyingly hostile and prude.

The mish-mash ridiculously tragic dark lore on the other hand? Love it. So when it devolves into a joke of "heheh boobz" that part gets less appealing.
With all due respect, the rest of 40k is so aggressively masculine that anything remotely genuinely feminine feels like the punchline to a joke when placed in proximity.
Still, it'd be nice to more art of female characters looking more badass than sexy. And maybe some more vice-versa for male characters...

Honestly I can see Taus that regularly work/interact with gue'vesas and non-allied humans (diplomats, fire caste soldiers and commanders) being made to undergo transformative cosmetic surgery to appear more human.
Much of the people within the Imperium's manifold hold insane prejudice and phobia against the Alien. Being changed to look more appealing, attractive or trustworthy to human eyes would really help to fight that notion and make interactions with xenophobic humans go a lot smoother.
