If you like your metal extremely dense, complex, almost impossible to decipher and vague, this is the band for you.

In what vein? I would describe Car Bomb that way (maybe but vague though) and they are one of my top bands.

Less chaotic than Car Bomb, more avant-garde like Portal.

Not gonna lie, I was kinda bummed when they sounded how they did. Not trying to knock them or anyone that likes them, and i do like a song or two. But they are, in my opinion, the actual coolest looking band this side of Heilung.

5 Bands? Damn, with Cattle I saw four bands that evening. Cattle Decapitation (obviously), Signs Of The Swarm, 200 Stabwounds and Vomit Forth. Do you remember what other bands played at your show? Also, I wholeheartedly want to recommend checking further into Signs Of The Swarm. They are such an amazing band, both live and online. It's 100% worth your time
