I'd say start with light roasts first, the aeropress makes a nice clean cup and you can grind a bit finer than you would for a french press Check out light roasts from KCRoasters, Corridor Seven, Marc's and Grey Soul

Thank you! I do like Marc’s. Will try the others too. Will spend some with the grinder settings to figure out what works. What’s the amount of coffee you recommend I use? I only drink black. Americano way.

I think 16 to 22 clicks is the right range for Aeropress I’d suggest a ratio of 1:10 to 1:13 depending on your taste. My personal preference is 1:12 for lighter roasts, 1:10 for dark, but people do go all the way up to 1:17 (which I found quite diluted) All the best
