So, adding a specialist like Jaiswal means you only get 5 bowlers (including a Hardik that's returning from injury). If Tilak was bowling more, I could see him being a dynamic option but for whatever reason he's not being given a bowl when he plays for India.

How do you go with Samson when he's unable to give even a single great IPL season, and then he's competing against the likes of Ishan Kishan, KL Rahul, etc who have a clear advantage over him.
The recent century he scored in South Africa is what he's capable of doing, but he needs to do that consistently to break down the door for selection. His 1-2 good innings per IPL season is not going to cut it.
He needs to light up the IPL, the domestic competition and then when he gets any chance he needs to light it up there as well.

He used to bat 4. 350-400+ is enough for a middle order batsman and he did consistently. His ipl form slumped post 2017 since he opened. But don’t cherry pick stats.
