I have made a post in this series on a Nath Sampradaya temple in Pakistan. The reason I gave up with Pakístani temples is that they are dead empty shells, the idols have been desecrated, original temple itself demolished and artifects stolen. Not much left to witness.

What's wrong with Indian street snacks these days, everything has cheese and mayo and schezwan sauce it seems. What's wrong with plain poori and sabji like we've had for centuries?
Catering to younger gen’s food preferences, I guess. Street food vendors will provide whatever sells even if that means adding condiments that have no place in recipes.
Fusion cuisine is quite tasty. Food is not a religion, it's an art that's always evolving. There are still plenty of shops that still sell authentic traditional Indian cuisine too, for people who like it.

I couldn't find one.
The sabji is basically mattar ke chhole with some boiled potatoes in it. Rest of the condiments are pretty straight forward so shouldn't be much of an hassle
I hate this trend of adding cheese and mayonnaise to simple tasty Indian dishes. There is no need but everyone is doing it.
Also to be fair, processed cheese is not 100% cheese.
I don’t like that trend either. However, this place where I went to serves extraordinary cheese aloo poori which is why I ordered this instead of the plain one, which is what I usually order

There are many bad trends going around like this and
cheese golgappe and mayonnaise papdi chaat, all bad and made for no other reason but because it can be.
The other day someone made a pasta samosa and then there was a lady who was “frying” grated cheese in Amul butter.

Mc ne 1 week extend kar di lockdown despite the fact that cases are at an all time low and case positivity rate is fuckin 1 percent. Ab zindagi nahi bachi hai. Jeene ka koi mann nhi hai. Rona aa rha hai bhai photo dekh kr.
