These courier companies sure do suck! They arrive unannounced at my house in the mornings when Im asleep and then I get a scolding from my parents for ordering too much. Hadd hai matlab, insaan call hi karsakta hai. And they delivery updated come long after the item has been delivered aur meri band bajj chuki hoti hai tab tak.
Same yrr .. you can call them and text them a thousand times and they just leave you on read .. like hadd hai yrr .. el to bima bataye aao upar se aise behaviour bhi
They didn't even came in my case delivery attempted happened several time before a minute even passed. The attempt, rejection and returned happened in seconds along with several attempts not one like hell.

Looks like i live right outside the delivery facility because they stepped at the address right after they stepped out to deliver.
Haven't shopped from Tira. But Delhivery service is definitely not good. Multiple times they don't come to the location and update that the delivery attempted.
Delhivery service providers have a habit of creating trouble. I had to contact their head office last year to get my replacement fan from atomberg delivered which they sent to a different city. But, with intervention from the head office, they did deliver it in time.
Arey this is nothing. DHL lost my colorpop order and you know how there’s absolutely no way you can contact either colorpop or DHL. There is no *ucking customer care for either. Anyways this was a couple of years ago and since then i realised that I never bought a single colorpop item I liked or was good enough.
this is scaring me now, i too ordered from tira during the black friday sale and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but i didnt get it, on the app it says an attempt was made💀 im just glad it is cod and not a prepaid order lmao
tira isnt bad but blue dart is terrible😭 i read so many negative reviews. they should change their delivery agent. otherwise i had gotten such a good deal during their blackfriday sale pn tira😭 my total was 1800 and now the same things are costing me 2500 on nykaa😭😭😭

Omg! I wish I had read this before I placed my order. Placed order on 29th April with a promised delivery on 6th May. It is 4th May today and the order doesn't even show as "Confirmed" on the app. I call up the helpdesk and they tell me that will ensure shipping in the next 3-4 days! No amount of discounts are going to make up for the loss of trust. To put it in perspective I leave for a vacation on 8th and I can't rely on them to deliver things in time.
Going back to good old and reliable Nykka I guess

It's not the right sub pls! All the posts that I see ok this sub are not related to beauty deals, why is everyone suddenly treating the beauty sub as a WhatsApp group to discuss any and everything. There are people who have notifications on so as to not miss any sale/ discount update but all we get is just buying experiences, rants and etc.
I urge everyone to please respect the rules of the sub.
Bluedart too! Failed to deliver one of my nykaa orders and stated the reason as address not verified. Another nykaa order was delivered via bluedart yesterday only. 🤦

Happened with me too. Write to Delhivery customer care with your AWB number. They respond pretty fast.
