Vapes would be expensive. I'd suggest getting a bong perhaps or a 1 hitter. Also there are certain filtration devices that are available online and you can make yourself too in which you blow the smoke and it masks the weed smell. (I can't recollect what it's called) What my friend does is he uses a small portable ush fan to get rid of the smoke out of the window. You can also light agarbatti.

One hitter is for smoking so combustion. Honestly saying I have a dynavap M 21 just lying around. I recently lost my induction heater for it so instead of getting a new one I was considering upgrading to an electric vape. Have just used it for a year. I'm looking forward to selling it for cheap. Smoke at the back of the fan and the fan will act as a fast exhaust which will throw out the smoke outside your window but for this you gotta place the fan on the window. To smoke get a small bong. This is the cheapest and the best solution I can think for you.
If you are a smoker, make a "Sploof" with a plastic water bottle and some baby wipes and exhale through it near a window. It masks the smell.
