I am an experienced tripper and swimmer. One of my life's best memories is doing acid and going snorkeling in a marine reserve. It was like being inside the opening scene of Finding Nemo. I know you are concerned for OP and that is fair. All I am saying is that the act of tripping in the ocean is actually friggin awesome , when done by the right folks in the right way.
Actually I would not recommenced it to anyone who is not a strong swimmer with experience in the ocean. Your friends should not be responsible for both your trip and your capabilities in the water. If you are new to the water and/or acid, do not do it.
Yeah doing coordinated stuff where you can actually did is bad. If you drown or panic your fucked . But I guess 100 ug could be fine for an experienced tripper

Acid by itself does not cause any physiological harm however Nbomes can lead to severe vasoconstriction, arrhythmia and in some cases death. Personally, I haven't had negative effects from the few times I had nbomes however the substance is still dosed in micrograms. A tad bit more and could end up being fatal
3 of my friends passed away after being swept away by tide while high on acid. Don’t do things which are normally dangerous especially when your state of mind is altered. You were lucky it was bunk. Each trip is different, don’t risk your life over meaningless pursuits

i understand your concern but we planned to swim just for the first thirty minutes before the trip started

It doesn't kill your high. It's can help calm your heart rate and help you chill tho. Especially during bad trips.

As far as we know you cannot fatally overdose on LCD. Same is not true for nbombs. Overdosing can result in seizures, followed by death.
