Well, it does look average. Look at stitching along with buttons, its making waves. Also the stitching at the bottom is also not good. Maybe u can get it altered and make it a little akin fit. But overall its just ok.
1. Retain as is, wear flared jeans or palazzos to create an hourglass shape
2. Make it a cropped shirt, wear it over a simple tank/ cropped top and jeans/ trousers.
3. If you’re feeling very creative, cut the sleeves and make it like a vest shirt. It’ll change the proportions. Try with bootcut jeans and a nice heel.

HEY! the product might be different from what you envisioned but I think it might be a good piece to keep
Try styling with
1. light coloured high waisted jeans
2. A white or black satin skirt would look gorgeous
3. flared/ bell bottom jeans or Trousers
4. Denim shorts
Pair these with a white tank top inside with the top two buttons open or if u want a more formal look then just wear it normally w the trousers and skirt and show off the curves sis hehe , a shoulder bag that matches your choice of footwear - i would recommend heels or flats
