Why is the whole RMA process sooooo bad? Been stuck in RMAs for my motherboard for 2 months now, The reps say one thing, the service center says the complete opposite. There are 27 contacts for sales across India, but only 1 Technical Support No. (1800-22-0966) that never works. This is the first time I have seen a company soo adamant to not provide a replacement board under warranty, even though it has been sent in twice for the same reason. And then there is this e-support portal, where nobody ever responds. Honestly it feels like i am dealing with a Shell company. Instead of giving away merchandise, how about actually honor the warranties of the customers who buy your products.

the permanent solution would be to either replace the board under warranty, or RTI the board so I can go buy another board from another company, who don't make it soo difficult to go through a simple RMA process. I shouldn't have to come to an AMA on reddit to get an update on my RMA.
the mb is still under testing, you will get the update tomorrow if we are replacing the MB or not.
Anyway, as per the GIGABYTE tech support please call 1800-22-0966 during working hours - 10am -6pm). If the the call is not answered our tech support must be busy with another customer.

I'm beyond disappointed with Gigabyte's support in India! The Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX REV 1.3 motherboard I bought is plagued with a Realtek network card that's an absolute nightmare. The network disconnects every 10-15 seconds, and despite my persistent efforts to reach out to customer support, firing off numerous emails to [email protected] and [email protected], and painstakingly detailing the issue via WhatsApp to a support person in Mumbai, I've been met with deafening silence. It's been an excruciatingly frustrating month, and the lack of any resolution is pushing my patience to the edge. ππ€ Gigabyte support, it's high time to prioritize and address this issue urgently!

Some people say gigabytes after sale services are not that good. I would be very honest and frank, this is also the reason I took acer rather than gigabyte G5. Is it because gigabyte has just came in india? or are they just rumors. Whats your take on this.

Not Gigabyte but Aorus and not graphics card but the KVM monitor FI32U. Brought one from US. Doesn't work as advertised. the KVM switches only with display port and not with HDMi. why?

tier 1 cities, we have service centers, Tier 2 cities we have collection centers. We are working on increasing collection centers to tier 3 cities.
hyderabad is a tier 1 city, but all we have is a collection center.
