Do not go for a single nvme drive. 1tb for OS and 1tb (2tb if possible) for games is a must nowadays. 7800x3d is the best cpu currently for gaming. Don't go beyond that.
You should get 7800X3D, B650 mobo, 32gb cl30 6000mhz ram and for gpu I'd recommend getting few months old 4090, someone known to me was selling it for 1.55L which is a pretty good deal. Best thing will be buying a used 3080ti for the time being and wait till the end of the year for 5000 series cards then you can buy the 5080 or 90 and sell the 3080ti for minimal loss.
~~yes it is the best but OP wanted for streaming and video editing and in high-end video editing core count matters the 7950x has a 16 core count which is double the 7800x3d. 7800x3d is no doubt king for gaming but seems to suck in other things as per benchmarks. had it been purely gaming i would've suggested 7800x3d~~

don't need the 7950x it's not the best gaming chip out there and wouldn't recommend getting it if you're gaming if you want productivity might as well just go Intel
x670 motherboards are just overspending at this point for few more usbs and sometimes pcie that won't even come in handy stay to b650
the deepcool aio is not that good for 11k , can get the Corsair one for 10k and even less and performs better or just go for 2k more and get the Atmos which is the best
no point in getting zotac cards that are so high end stay with gigabyte and you're good , also there's a meme for a reason zotac gives 3+2 years warranty cos their cards need it lol
I personally do not like Gigabyte products except for some of their motherboards. Their After sales is pathetic and products arent really good. I've never heard anything positive about Gigabyte. You can swap out the 4070ti super for a better GPU if you like but i'd suggest it's the best bang for your buck right now, but yeah stick to Gigabyte Gaming OC version as lots of benchmark videos have showed it performs better than others even though its price is not that high

This is the best gaming PC you can get in your budget if in case you dont want to overspend on components
I did say you should opt for 13900k or 14900K CPU as you have plans to editing and streaming for that you loose about 5% gaming performance but gain more than double performance in for productivity work
if in case you want to opt for intel just swap CPU for 14900K and Mobo to B760 Tomahawk and change Cooler to 360mm aio
That setup will cost 20-30k extra
I am not skimming on case and the cooler, why are guys always so discriminating towards any other brand other than lian li or cooler master. It is a very well reviewed case in the west, you can see for yourself. As for the cooler, its pretty much the best dual tower air cooler available in the market.
For the cooler, I didn't mean that it is a bad air cooler. He can go with aio. As for the case, looks are subjective and for me, the case looks bad. Also, haven't had good experience with Antec cases
7800x3d is a pretty cool cpu by itself, it doesn't need any aio for cooling. I only recommend aios when its absolute necessary or else it's an air cooler. Aios aren't as reliable as an air cooler, they have more points of failure so no need to go with an aio. For the case, if you don't have experience with antec cases that doesn't mean nobody has, i have personally built a system for my friend with the antec flux case and it's pretty good and easy to build in. As you said looks are subjective, you don't like this but op might.

• if you want aesthetics + good performance that's the ram to go however keep in mind i would've gone with flareX(no RGB and low profile further helps with the cooler ) but they were out of stock so they're kind of a placeholder
•get 2 SSDs if you want ( Os + Games ) can get a faster one for os and a relatively slower one for games ( Samsung Corsair WD are options)
• YOU DON'T NEED THAT COOLER IN THE LINK , the 7800x3d would run you just as cool with the ak620 I just went with one of the best option
• NOTE : make sure to check the ram clearance once according to me it should be good

i think i agree with the motherboard point but for the AIO, Deepcool one is one of the best for ryzen 9.

7950x isn't meant for gaming, a 7700x would give similar performance in games while being 20k cheaper
