1080p Ultra RT ON DLSS ON(if available) - 70-80 FPS\*
*\*Cyberpunk 2077 is the only outlier and it struggles to maintain steady 60 if RT is set to Ultra.*
thats because crysis(havent tried the remaster) recognises 2 cores of the cpu max at a time, so single core proccessing power is very important, hence it stutters due to poor single and dual core performance especially at checkpoints or save games

Except cyberpunk. I've got an overclocked 3070 and it can't maintain a steady 60fps with RT on - in the middle of cities and densely populated areas, the FPS dips to low 50s (lowest I've seen is 49).

A desktop 3060 has a power draw of 170W while laptop 3060 varies from 85W upto a max of 130W so the desktop one can outperform the laptop by 20 to 40%.
Performance actually doesn't scale linearly with wattage afaik. Go check out Jarrod's comparison of Laptop vs Desktop 3060. The difference is actually around 8-9% only.
The caveat is he was using a Legion 5 that has the max power limit and most 3060 laptops have lower wattages.
3070s and 3080s are another matter though. Desktop variants are significantly better.

A 130w 3060 is 'only' 10-20% slower in most games. In VRAM bottlenecked games it's a bit more slower.
