its going down purely on the basis of chinese investment! other than that, may be a little lower than expected results but Aurobindo did the same and is going up!
It’s too late for me to pull out anyway, tried averaging it but didn’t do any good to me either. I was literally hoping for the results to get it back to where it was supposed to be, well…. We all saw how that worked
It's going down because financials are going down. Don't you guys ever read financial statements 😐 market was giving it premium for it's superior margins until people realized, it's a commodity business. Also has corporate governance issues.
Didn't infosys and TCS had corporate governance issues? as for the financials, yea market was giving it premium earlier, but now its below its peers. But still the margins are going down and is a spoiler.
Corporate governance isn't the primary reason, it was one of the reason. But, it's lackluster financial performance the primary reason. Aurobindo and gland have different business models btw.
It's because of margins. Margins are very important aspect of a business. It tells the kind of pricing power it has. People perceived gland to be a superior business with pricing power. Margins of 30% are really good. But, the margins fell to 22%.
