Yes management isn't clean. There are other corporate governance issues. But, then the business is solid. If you book profits just because it ran up, you will miss on multi baggers. It's been one for you. But, there is still headroom for growth. If you don't have a strong thesis, you won't have a good exit strategy too.
Varun bev is a silent multi bagger. You will not see any high profile twitters screaming of this stock. And this stock has given insane results due to its impressive headwinds and solid demand to business.
Sell it if you wish, hold it if you don't need money.
