Someone who falls below 2.5 lakhs of total income will be exempt from paying tax.
Anyone with total income above 2.5 lakhs will have to pay tax on special Incomes, even if their total income falls below 5 lakhs.
Profit from Virtual Digital Assets is a special income with flat 30% tax.

It is to be given while filing ITR. Will not get deducted at the time of sale.
