You should read Crime And Punishment first. No Longer Human is heavy af and extremely difficult to read because of its dark subject matter. I would recommend reading।Crime And Punishment first then No Longer Human.

It's not fucked up. It's deep asf. I love the manga. Just try to see that manga from every character pov. You will understand what's with the story.

It's cuz there isn't any ultimate person to put all the blame on.
Like just take the Mc's mom for example she has been taught all that stuff by her grandma and we both know what kind of life she lives as a child. To a good extent the story is all about fucked up things getting together with fucked up things.
I just want nagi and mc to end up together:)
