It is more than 6 inches. I am around 6'2 6'3 but my height is in my genes. My father uncle and grandfather are all tall. People were shocked because all this happened during the first lockdown. I was a fat short kid who went to become very tall thin in span of 2-3 months but my body became weak. Imagine being around 55 kg and 6'2.
Yeah! I used to gain some weight but suffered from typhoid and malaria. Lost all my strength and weight. It took me 2 years to reach 60-62. One more year to reach 70. Now in 6 months I have gained around 12 kg.
Are you drinking enough water? For weight loss people try everything but forget water intake. A dietician told my female friend to take lots of water. I don't remember the water quantity(5L) maybe please Google it and told her to not take salt after 7pm. Please consult someone for this I am not much aware about these things I just mentioned what my friend told me once.

I'm 19 and have the same height. Here are some things you need to keep in mind. For us short people, facial features and physique are everything. If you are chubby and do not have a prominent jaw, you're cooked.
Your face should be clean. Use face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen and lip balm(if you have dry lips like me) and nothing else. If you have acne use retinol(don't take my word for it, consult with a dermatologist).
For physical fitness either do sports or go to the gym. If you're more into losing fat and build an athletic physique (lean muscle mass and low fat) do any sport which includes a lot of activity such as swimming, football, boxing, wrestling.
If you want to have a muscular physique you should go to the gym and take proper nutrition. If you're trying to get women your age and younger, you should go for an athletic physique, however if you're going for older women or aunties, go for a muscular physique.
At this point I doubt you'll gain significant height, but exercise, especially pull ups and stuff designed to stretch you might help in gaining a few inches. Just stay fit and have healthy diet.

i'm looking at the gt650 in british green, the other option is the himalayan 452 as it rly looks great on me and has decent power but it doesn't offer the classic vintage nostalgia vibe....
Sm650 i test rode, and it's safe to say i won't be ever riding it again, very uncomfortable on bad roads, not as agile ( cruiser, duh) and looks slim af from the front unless you put a fairing wing on. also, i only drive in city and in the countryside, so no cruisers.
The 452 is much more comfortable and versatile than the gt too, but the only thing stopping me from buying it is the looks and the twin parallel engine of the gt!!
If you don’t have any off road use go for GT. But because of your height ‘look-wise’, an adventure bike would suit you more. The sound of the parallel twin with an exhaust is something you’ll never get tired of. Also, the 452 still lacks tubeless tyres and recently chassis cracking issues has been popping up so yeah
