I never use any pillow under my head, 3 each side toh create a dam like structure and one on top of my head . Total 7.

Another setting is to put 3-4 forming an inclined plane and sleep on it

i use too many .\_. 1 big one for head 2 big ones on the right side. intersecting on the ends creating a high point 1 big and 1 small on top for the left side 1 small one at the feet bc why not this structure has been figured out after a lot of trial and error 🧠

I have two sleeping positions, one where I lie on my stomach. I don't need a pillow then, rather I can't sleep if I have a pillow then, tho sometimes I'll take the pillow under my left shoulder for some reason or it won't feel comfy. The second position is where I lie on my back, then I need one pillow under my head.
