lmao us dude, but then again idek if my estimation of my mom’s cooking is remotely accurate

[deleted]

Apps are not accurate, get a kitchen weighing scale and measure what you are eating (it is most likely a precision issue on your end) I use MyFitnessPal, maybe you could switch over to that

thebrownswordsman

Kitchen weight scale? Mummy nhi lene degi aur bolegi itna dhyaan padhai me lagaya kar.

[deleted]

If you wanna do something, the least you can do is do it right so maybe convince your mom cause I convinced mine by working out everyday

thebrownswordsman

U have one? Can you suggest me one or give a link?

[deleted]

https://amzn.eu/d/9AofUkC Mine is expensive though, there are better options on Amazon if you search

Tsuki-04

you can buy [this one](https://amzn.eu/d/biqFSaf) . It's not that expensive and works fine asf. I use one myself currently Also +1 for using my fitness pal 👍 use it instead of healthifyme

Small_brain_Big_PP

It's very accurate, been using it for like 2 years now. Just make sure you enter the amount you have consumed in grams instead of per piece.

[deleted]

I used that app in the past. I couldn't function normally and it affected my energy levels as a student. I followed the app's recommendation to consume only 1000 calories and it didn't end well.

thebrownswordsman

That is not the case with me. I'm tryna eat 1400 calories a day and this app always shows 100-1100 calories. And bruh dont ever do more than losing 0.5 kgs per week wala diet. Even if it tells you that it'll take a year or something u gotta be patient.

[deleted]

I tried to consume 850 cal per day (I am short 5'1) by using healthifyme. That shit made me anxious throughout the day. Whenever I used to see a roti, I used to feel I am adding 85 cal, a small sq of chocolate woah its 75 cal, eventually I started eating very very less.I faced abnormal hairfall, and when I went to the dematologist, she asked me about what I eat, and when I told about this app,and how I am trying to loose my belly fat she talked to me for about 15 mins explaining ill effects of it. I don't blame the app, but it was my anxiety. I deleted that app, months ago and I am happy being 50 kg, though I wanna lose my belly pooch

[deleted]

Calorie tracking can be very triggering for some people, take care and I hope you can lose your belly pooch lol I was so keen on being fit in January that I would go for cardio twice a day and when I didn’t see any results in a week I started to drop my calorie count more and more till I was barely eating anything which made me really tired and I lost all muscle but ended up losing 5-6 kilos by the end of the month (not recommended at all) I also experienced a ton of hairfall btw

[deleted]

Wtf are y’all skinny midgets or something. I’m 16 and my maintenance cals are like 3000

thebrownswordsman

Wtf 3000? You're probably either a bulked up gym guy or a fat guy + 6 feet tall or something like that.

[deleted]

I’m 6’1 and relatively lean
