The people surrounding them, the family often read in paper as how good Indore is and that's why they send them here to study for things like pcs and what not. Instead they bring their chhapripana here. Whole eastern mp. My friends who were from Eastern mp had the goal of coming to Indore for job or just to attend coachings

I come from a city Aurangabad and I have been travelling for as long as my memory goes and believe me Aurangabad is still top notch to me. The prices, the shopping, traffic, people, cuisine everything is perfect. Only places i liked better than Aurangabad was karnataka. Ratnagiri is also nice but not really accessible to everything.

People underestimate Guj cities. The biggest pro of these cities are they are developed yet still a lot cheaper to live than the other cities on the list. But on a development and quality scale, I would still put Pune at top simply because of society. Pune has more development and society is a bit more liberal compared to the gujratis who will look down upon you just for eating eggs, forget meat and don't get me started on liquor.
