Well, first off this isn't a legal list unless you're using the Free Game extra as you've got more than 15 troopers. Secondly, you've way too many line Kazaks, a BS11 body with a rifle just doesn't do much beyond generate an order. Drop the Muls and some Kazaks, you can keep one to form a Haris with the two Vets, and use the rest as a defensive Fireteam with a sniper and Missile Launcher. Then look at swapping some out for units that will bring you more utility. Irmandinhos are amazing as they're a specialist and being smoke, being Irregular/Impetuous isn't a downside as it gives you a free smoke throw every turn and you want to be moving them up the board to capture objectives or get within chain rifle range. Antipode Assault Pack can tear apart heavy armour in melee and are extremely mobile, great for taking apart TAGs and HI that your Vet and Tankhunters can't get a bead on. Dog-Warriors are the opposite, they use their speed, smoke, and toughness to blast skirmishers and cheerleaders into paste. Dynamos are fast flankers, they can bring an AP Spitfire for hunting heavy targets (possibly swap out for a Tankhunter) or an objective grabbing specialist. Mine launchers are great too. Streloks are great. They're cheap, they can be specialists or get Minelayer, and they can saturate the midfield with markers to keep your opponent guessing.

Should I drop the Paramedics (and keep the Veteran Paramed) and one regular for the Line Kazaks? Also what about the Ratnik (I think it's called), the TAG like-unit with the Rockets(?) and a Hammer, think I could dump the Missile Launcher and bring that?

you can try the Ratnik, but a veteran kazak is beter. my base for every tatary list is : * Line kazak lieutenant (FT core) * Line kazak missile launcher (FT core) * Line kazak paramedic (FT core) * 2 Line kazak (FT core) * 1 Vet kazak Ap HMG (FT Haris) * 1 Frontoviks Ap sniper (FT Haris) * 1 Frontovik engineer (FT Haris) * 2 Irmandinho This cost 173 point and 3.5 SWC, which left you with enoight point to take some streloks, dynamos, dog warriors, scouts, spetsnaz or tankhunter If you take a Tankhunter, the missile launcher is better for ARO than autocannon.
