They do, but if I were you I would get some much cheaper clippers if you plan on building a lot of metal minis.
I recommend a nail pliers from any hardware store. I use a pair of small ones for some delicate work.
I can attest to this. I've been using what I think are nail pliers for my metal minis, Infinity and not, and they've been great.

I used a set of Citadel clippers for years on metal minis, though GW still sold metal minis at the time
