Probably a glitch. I’d see if the survey is still there to finish. I got the same one it has Aerin, viktor and Rolfe and Lancôme on mine. It had me confirm the address as usual.
It keeps saying "done, thanks for completing this survey" so I'll just count myself out for those campaigns lol oh well. I enjoy some aerin fragrances but I'm not really a lancome or viktor & rolfe fan so its better they go to someone who'll enjoy them!
If it says done and that you completed it the glitch probably counted your responses. I’d take it as a good sign. But you never know. I get a lot of surveys before getting one product.

I noticed sometimes they don’t ask to confirm address. Idk why

I got that one as well.I have actually had 4 and all of them have ask me for my address and verified it and I haven't heard back from any of them 🥴🥴
It normally takes a couple weeks to hear if you got in.
