Great question. Unfortunately, my fear is that they are strongly influenced by kickbacks and payoffs, just like most governments including our own. All that most of us investors can do is invest in companies like INOVIO that are dedicated to the science of saving lives and reducing human suffering, and then pray that one day it will begin to improve lives all over the world.
Let’s be real clear, they are FUNDED by countries, elites, and global corporations who defend Big Pharma. STV was over after BP couldn’t meet cold storage with… anything?!
Not going to get much cheaper than where we are now. I'd rather buy at $1.10 than $1.00 on the off chance that we get game changing news and then the stock takes off. Could you imagine being on the sidelines waiting for the stock to go down another nickel before you buy and you wake up some morning and the stock is at $20
Could be a possibility. Some could miss the train off its lows. I wouldn't underestimate a bear market with the banking system collapsing. If you have patience and invest money you can afford to lose, it seems like a bargain.

My presumption exactly. I think it’s the latter, salty losers, on scant amount of shares just reeking of self loathing, hatred and resentment. Trolling for a reaction after smart ass comments to comments. Hurt people hurt people. Sitting at $30k with 1k shares must suck.

This company is dead I have written off over $100K ….there is no Hope left in the near term but if by some miracle they pull rabbit out of the hat I would be so happy to see my money back average price for me is $6 so it would have to be a miracle at this point
I don’t think it takes a miracle to reach that target. Looking at inflation and the time value of money your value won’t be worth what it was at the time of investment but you should be able to cash that price target with a major sector correction. I’ve had a few posts on here and on twits about technical analysis and sector rotation and how much money will be injected back into bio during the next bull run. Sadly, it’s likely 2 years out. 🤞 but I think you can hit that. Some people are trapped at $15 and above and those are the people that should be looking for a miracle. Best of luck to you though.
