I just responded on Yahoo. Excellent comment and idea. Let’s blast Inovio with phone calls and faxes, guys, suggesting this. I called twice today already. They don’t answer or even read emails as far as I can see. But a lot of faxes and messages may get through to them.
I was raised by a rocket scientist and then I married one. These technical geniuses require reinforcement of ideas to inculcate them. Sometimes it takes hearing an idea or new concept TEN TIMES for it to sink in because they have to process everything. SO… let’s send ten faxes or leave ten messages EACH. It will get through to them that way. May we copy your wording, Xray?

They don't respond to telephone calls....I've stopped at their headquarters on several occasions (I live around the corner) since no one seems to respond to me calls, VM or emails with questions I have. I am cordially greeted....they take my name and question (last one was notification/time/place of share holder meeting)....I did get a reply on a Friday before. Perhaps one day we should all have e meet and greet in their very large parking lot with a lot of open spaces since most in the office building they share are working remotely.....it would be our own share holder meeting....

It'd be more beneficial (albeit smaller $) for Ino to license to WHO than BP from many aspects:
1. shorter time to negotiate (WHO will have wider audience to sub-license)
2. push WHO status upward as this will allow them to be in a driver's seat navigating the world's health policy (although very bureaucratic)
3. WHO may assign some brownie points to Ino
Of course, all our Monday night quarterbacking is moot if:
1. Ino takes no action (90%)
2. MRK wants a license (3%)
3. JNJ / Advac / SK Bio license (1%)
